A look into my transformation from a couch potato to an active adult.

"yeah, well, archduke franz ferdinand shouldn’t have been wandering around sarajevo in an open-top car, so i guess he was asking to be murdered, too."

There are moments of extreme sadness that only a true love’s kiss can make go away, or, a dog double dutching excitedly.

So this happened today

jaybird1868:

After a brutal wod, a friend comes up to me and tells me that a couple of people think that I am falsifying my scores on my wods. It took me completely off guard. I have never intentionally done that. Is it possible to miss a rep somewhere during a 30 minute wod, ABSOLUTELY!!! It could happen, but…

I have even suggested to coaches before that we go in shifts so that we can count for each other. It was shot down. We fit so much in an hour (warm up, skill, strength, and wod) that we can’t do it. I am almost to the point that if you want everything besides the wod, come in early or stay late. If you want completely honest results, let us judge each other.

Rant over for now.

So this happened today

After a brutal wod, a friend comes up to me and tells me that a couple of people think that I am falsifying my scores on my wods. It took me completely off guard. I have never intentionally done that. Is it possible to miss a rep somewhere during a 30 minute wod, ABSOLUTELY!!! It could happen, but I have never intentionally done something like that. In many cases, when I have lost count, I have gone back to the last rep I remember and started from there. I did not ask who thought such things, and I do not want to know. I know I give my best every day, and that is good enough for me. I will make extra sure to keep a strict record from here on out!!!

This ever happen to anyone?
